FAQs

1、Where are you ship from?

We are an online furniture brand with our own warehouses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Germany, and all products on sale are shipped from these four warehouses.

2、Can I visit a Arttoreal store to see the product before purchasing online?

We do not have an offline store, only sell online, but our warehouse can accept to see the goods before buying, only some products, so please contact customer service to tell the products you like before looking at the goods, and then we need to verify with the warehouse what you like Whether the product can be seen.

3、When will my order be shipped?

Except that the warehouse does not work on weekends, on business workdays our warehouse will deliver the goods within 48 hours after you place the order. If there is any change, we will notify you by email.

4、How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Except for uncontrollable factors that cause delays in delivery (such as bad weather, cargo accumulation by logistics providers, etc.), it usually takes 3-7 working days to arrive at your address after delivery from the warehouse. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6、Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation email?

If you do not receive an order confirmation within a few minutes of purchasing, please check your spam folder in case the message was sent there instead of your inbox. If your confirmation does not arrive anywhere, please contact customer service via the live chat channel or by email at service@arttoreal.com.

7、How do I check the status of my order?

After your order ships, you will automatically receive an email letting you know your item has shipped, along with the carrier and tracking number. If you have not received the delivery information for a long time, you can contact our customer service.

8、What if I enter the wrong shipping address?

If you entered the wrong address and the order has already been submitted, please contact customer service via the live chat channel or email service@arttoreal.com to provide the correct address before the order ships.

9、Can I make changes to my order or shipping address after it is submitted?

10、Why was my order divided into two or more packages?

We will ship your order in batches under the following circumstances:
*The products you purchased are in different warehouses, so they need to be shipped separately
*You purchased multiple products without the proper packaging to pack them together

11、What if I received a wrong/defective/damaged item?

If there is an error with your order, or if the product was received defective/damaged, please contact our customer service:

12、Does Arttoreal accept returns?

You can return most new and unused products by contacting our customer service within 30 days of delivery. For more details, please review the Returns and Exchanges Policy.

13、How Soon Will I Receive My Refund?

After our warehouse has confirmed receipt of the goods and verified with us, we will refund you, and the payment will be returned to the account you used for payment within 1-2 working days, and you will automatically receive the refund notice. If you have not received the refund, please contact our customer service.
